To describe our gym isn’t a simple task. Let's see... we have excellent customer service, with clear membership policies and straightforward communication. We have a great time while working out, but also work really hard. Rampage hosts a ton of fun events throughout the year, and only some of them are fitness related. We do not have kids classes or child care, but we do have events throughout the year that we encourage the whole family to come to. It's hard to say if we like personal training or leading group fitness classes more, because we really enjoy both of them. Competition is fun, but we are not a high-level competitive style gym. We're all about the average person learning how to use fitness to improve their lifestyle.
